The role requires GCSE level or equivalent with good English, strong communication and listening skills, and preference for candidates with 2+ years in a regulated care or support setting.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent with a good standard of written and verbal English.
• Strong communication, observation and active listening skills.
• Experience in related field; Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, planning and delivering group and individual activities for residents.
• Engage with residents in one-on-one or group activities (games, crafts, music, exercise, outings).
• Set up activity areas and gather supplies.
• Update records and keep information systems accurate.
