Qualifications

• Experience caring for the service user group.
• Knowledge of working in the care sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Promote mental and physical activity through planned programmes.
• Tidy rooms, store and update equipment.
• Keep records of activities and assessments.
• Liaise with key workers and attend meetings.
• Provide one-to-one stimulation when residents need it.
• Promote the home through events and activities.
• Complete mandatory training and follow policies.
