YMCA St Paul’s Group in London is recruiting a housing and support advisor to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You will deliver a high-quality customer service experience, handle reception duties, and support wellbeing and safety initiatives across the site.

You will act as a first aider and fire marshal, conduct wellbeing checks, assist with repairs payments, and welcome new residents and health & wellbeing members.

• Handle reception duties, manage mail, answer calls, process payments, and support health and safety tasks.
• Act as first aider and fire marshal, including wellbeing checks and building safety responsibilities.
• Welcome new residents, address complaints, report concerns, and listen with empathy to residents and the public.
