The Housing and Support team focuses on delivering high-quality housing and support to residents, with you acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling a broad range of inquiries and guiding them effectively.

Your role includes reception duties, basic safety tasks, health and safety responsibilities, and representing YMCA St Paul’s Group in welcoming new residents and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline housing or reception environments is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a busy team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
• Handle reception tasks: calls, mail, payments, and basic admin.
• Support safety and wellbeing through basic safety checks and reporting.
• Act as first aider and fire marshal as required; support health and safety checks.
• Welcome new residents and respond empathetically to concerns or complaints.
