Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group in London is seeking a Housing and Support Assistant to help deliver high-quality housing and support to residents. You will be the friendly first contact for residents and visitors, providing information and holistic advice with a commitment to excellent customer service.

The role involves reception duties, first aid, fire marshal responsibilities, health and safety, and welcoming new residents and Health & Wellbeing members across our sites.

Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact for our valued residents and visitors, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch housing and support.
• You'll tackle a diverse range of responsibilities, making every day exciting and fulfilling: managing telephone services, handling mail, overseeing repairs, processing payments, and helping maintain building safety.
• You may receive new residents, address complaints, handle reports of anti-social behaviour, or lend a compassionate ear to residents and the public.
• Your role will include reception duties, first aid, fire marshal duties, health and safety oversight, and welcoming new residents and Health & Wellbeing members.
