Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group is a London-based charity delivering housing and support services to residents. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service, handling front-desk tasks, and supporting safety and wellbeing across sites.

You will be the first point of contact, assisting residents and visitors, performing reception duties, and upholding health, safety and welfare standards in a diverse, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front-facing roles.
• Ability to provide information and holistic advice to residents and visitors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality customer service to residents and their networks.
• Manage telephone services, mail handling, repairs coordination and payments.
• Act as first aider and fire marshal, perform safety checks and patrols.
• Welcome new residents and guests, address complaints and report concerns as appropriate.
