The role includes reception duties, basic safety tasks, and wellbeing support, with opportunities to contribute to a friendly, inclusive community and ongoing development within the YMCA.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties including greeting residents and visitors
• Answering inquiries and providing information and holistic advice
• Ensuring high-quality customer service for residents and their support networks
• Assisting with safety tasks such as health and safety checks, first aid, and fire marshal duties
• Welcoming new residents and health & wellbeing members and supporting everyday operations
• Addressing complaints or concerns and reporting issues as appropriate
• Supporting a friendly and inclusive environment and contributing to service delivery
