Job summary

Ritz Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager in Portsmouth for a temporary, immediate-start position. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations of a vibrant student accommodation, with duties spanning maintenance, safety, and resident services.

Qualifications

Experience in student accommodation, hospitality, property management, or related sector.

Responsibilities

Support management of daily accommodation operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and health & safety compliance.
Respond to resident enquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers.
Assist with student arrivals and departures to ensure smooth check-in/out.
Support budgeting activities and manage accommodation supplies.
Plan and deliver social events and community-building activities for residents.
Uphold policies and accommodation regulations; address issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records, update property management systems, and prepare reports.
