Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within property maintenance or housing.
• Familiarity with housing legislation, including Awaab's Law and HHSRS.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the central point of contact for damp and mould cases.
• Ensuring repairs are scheduled within Awaab's Law timeframes.
• Coordinating emergency and follow-on works.
• Keeping residents updated throughout the repair journey.
• Maintaining accurate case records.
• Supporting the Repairs Manager with performance tracking.
