ODS Property Services is recruiting a Planner / Scheduler to coordinate our mobile workforce and book jobs with the relevant tradesperson in Oxford. You will communicate with tenants, schedule repairs, and ensure timely information and materials for engineers.

Based in Horspath, Oxford, the role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary and LGPS. You’ll join a friendly team delivering responsive maintenance services to residents and leaseholders.

Formación

• Experience as a Planner / Scheduler or similar role.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication with tenants, engineers and tradespeople.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for tenants regarding repairs or defects.
• Book repairs and appointments in the in-house system (Aareon QL & DRS).
• Liaise with engineers to ensure information and materials are provided.
• Update customers about appointments, delays, and follow-on works.
• Plan and schedule work for operatives and subcontractors, including emergencies.
