• Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams to confirm appointments.
• Monitor progress and rearrange appointments as needed.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, appointments and completed works.
• Ensure urgent repairs are prioritised and deadlines are met.
