Job summary

Paragon Asra Housing Limited is seeking a Decant Coordinator to support residents moving from their homes, either temporarily or permanently. You will be the main point of contact, guiding residents through options and ensuring practical move details are taken care of.

You'll work with the Housing Operations Directorate to make this challenging process as smooth and positive as possible, balancing empathy with efficient administration in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, residential property management or welfare environments.
• Strong customer focus with empathy and patience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residents as their main contact throughout their move.
• Help residents explore alternative accommodation options that meet their needs.
• Coordinate practical moves (home loss payments, removals, carpets where applicable).
• Collaborate with Home Moves, Repairs, contractors, local authorities and other teams to keep moves on track.
• Maintain accurate resident and move records and KPI data.
• Provide high-quality customer service and continuously improve the decant service.
