Pinnacle Group is recruiting a Home Services Move Assistant to support the home services function and deliver high-quality housing management services for military families. You will be the first point of contact for service families, handle emails, post, charges, and payments, and keep precise records.

This full-time role uses a hybrid pattern with two days in the office weekly, and requires knowledge of housing legislation and relocation services, plus strong organisation and customer-service

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or relocation services.
• Knowledge of property management and housing legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the dedicated email inbox for home services.
• Act as the first point of contact for service families with prompt, accurate email responses.
• Manage receipt and dispatch of all postal mail related to Home Services.
• Calculate, process and communicate charges for home services to families.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and handle discrepancies.
• Coordinate garages and other occupancy requests.
• Add comprehensive notes to systems and maintain accurate documentation.
