Job summary

Retirement Villages Group's Botanical Place in West Byfleet is seeking an enthusiastic Event & Community Coordinator to bring the community to life. You’ll create a varied programme of activities for residents and prospective residents, organise events up to 200 guests, and work with Sales and Marketing to showcase the lifestyle.

You'll engage with local partners, welcome external groups, and help new residents settle in while delivering a first-class resident and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of events coordination or similar experience.
• Experience delivering events of varying sizes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• DBS check required; emergency first aid training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver a varied programme of activities and events for residents and prospective residents.
• Organise events from small community activities to large events up to 200 guests.
• Support new residents as they settle into Botanical Place.
• Build relationships with residents and encourage participation across the community.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to organise and co-host sales and community events.
• Promote Botanical Place to engage with prospective residents.
