Job summary

Pegasus Homes is seeking a Senior Building & Community Coordinator to lead on-site operations at the West Byfleet development. You will conduct essential building checks, coordinate contractors and respond to resident inquiries while fostering an engaging community.

Based at Highfields, West Byfleet, you’ll balance practical building knowledge with activities that enhance resident life, reporting to the on-site leadership team. DBS enhanced check applies; 35 hours/week, fixed-term 4–6 months.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, patient and able to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere for residents and families.
• Strong eye for detail with health and safety compliance experience.
• Capable of juggling admin tasks and event planning with calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Building Operations: inspections, safety checks, and contractor coordination.
• Manage Resident & Community relations: move-ins, events, and resident communications.
• Handle Administration & Collaboration: records, diary, and cross-team coordination.
