Job summary

PiLON, part of the United Infrastructure group, is seeking an enthusiastic Resident Liaison Officer to bridge residents and the project team during refurbishment work in Stevenage, Watford and surrounding areas.

You will visit residents, organise surveys, manage access, resolve complaints, and keep trackers up to date, with a DBS check required. Driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well-organised.
• Able to prioritise, multitask and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Health & Safety Awareness (Desirable).
• First Aid qualification (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents to organise property visits.
• Regularly visit residents' homes to conduct property surveys and establish refurbishment needs.
• Be the bridge that minimises disruptions and ensures projects proceed smoothly, generating resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure refurbishment work is completed on the agreed timelines.
• Handle complaints patiently and efficiently.
• Keep project trackers updated in line with the programme of works.
