PiLON, part of United Infrastructure Group, is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to support refurbishment projects in London, Surrey and surrounding areas. You will manage resident communications, schedule visits and ensure works progress with minimal disruption.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving and strong organisational skills, with DBS clearance required and a driver’s licence as essential.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with residents to organise property visits.
• Regularly visit residents' homes to survey and assess refurbishment needs.
• Be the bridge that minimises disruptions and maintains resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the site team to meet agreed timelines.
• Handle complaints patiently and efficiently.
• Keep project trackers updated in line with the programme.
