Job summary

PiLON is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to act as the primary link between the project team and residents in Hersham and surrounding areas. You will organise property visits, conduct surveys, and coordinate refurbishment access to minimise disruption while ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, a customer-focused mindset, and reliability. A Driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. DBS check is mandatory.

Qualifications

• DBS check is required.
• Experience in resident liaison or customer-service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle complaints calmly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents to organise property visits.
• Regularly visit residents' homes to assess refurbishment needs.
• Minimise disruptions and ensure smooth access for works.
• Collaborate with the site team to meet project timelines.
• Handle complaints patiently and efficiently; keep trackers updated.
