PiLON, part of the United Infrastructure Group, seeks a proactive Resident Liaison Officer in Swindon to coordinate refurbishment access and minimise disruption for residents. You will act as the primary contact between residents and the project team, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Applicants should have strong customer service and communication skills, a valid driving licence, and experience using MS Office.
