PiLON, part of the United Infrastructure Group, is looking for an enthusiastic Resident Liaison Officer to join our Swindon team. You will be the primary contact between the project team and residents, coordinating visits, surveys and refurbishment plans with a focus on minimal disruption and clear communication.

Your responsibilities include organising property visits, surveying homes to identify refurbishment needs, and ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating with the site team.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
• Able to prioritise, multitask, and adapt to changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents to organise property visits.
• Regularly visit residents' homes to survey refurbishment needs.
• Be the bridge to minimise disruptions and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the site team to meet timelines for refurbishment work.
• Handle complaints patiently and efficiently.
• Keep project trackers updated with the programme of works.
