Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator / Resident Liaison Officer to support refurbishment and planned works across Welwyn Hatfield, Epping and Basildon. This role focuses on coordinating activities, managing documentation, tracking progress and keeping residents and clients informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage schedules, and assist with risk management to ensure delivery on time, within budget

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive individual with excellent customer service, administrative and coordination skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple trackers, manage a high volume of bookings and keep project information up to date.
• Strong communication skills for regular updates to residents, clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
