Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established contractor to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for Medway, supporting external planned maintenance on occupied social housing properties.

You will be the primary contact between residents, the client and site teams, delivering excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. A proactive, professional attitude and full UK driving licence are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance or construction sectors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents.
• Carrying out pre-start visits, resident consultations and surveys.
• Keeping residents informed of planned external works and changes.
• Managing resident queries and resolving complaints.
• Coordinating access arrangements with residents, contractors and site teams.
• Carrying out regular site and resident visits during works.
• Conducting resident satisfaction surveys and recording results.
• Liaising with site teams to minimise disruption.
