Job summary

PiLON, part of United Infrastructure Group, is seeking a Senior Resident Liaison Officer in London to lead engagement with residents and support the RL team. If you enjoy building trust, are approachable, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You will work with the Resident Liaison Manager across the business to align processes, drive training, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' continuous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer.
• Experience in Customer Engagement and improving Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify training and development opportunities for the Resident Liaison Officers.
• Support the onboarding training program for new Resident Liaison Officers.
• Ensure Resident Liaison Officers are trained and follow company processes consistently.
• Enhance residents' experience while meeting contract requirements and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the site team to deliver services per policy and procedures.
• Drive end-to-end improvements in client and resident interactions.
