Regen Solutions in Hastings is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support external refurbishment projects across occupied residential properties. You will act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery of works.

The role focuses on programmes including window and door replacements, coordinating access and consultations while supporting vulnerable residents and maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Resident Liaison Officer in social housing or refurbishment.
• Experience on occupied properties and external works programmes.
• Knowledge of window/door replacement projects would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary: £32,000 + Car Allowance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established contractor delivering external refurbishment works across a portfolio of scattered residential properties in the Hastings area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives on building positive relationships with residents while supporting the successful delivery of planned maintenance projects.

The Role

As Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams and client representatives, ensuring clear communication throughout the lifecycle of the works.

Projects will include external refurbishment programmes, with a particular focus on the replacement of windows and doors across occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Providing clear information regarding programmes of work, timescales and access arrangements.

About You

• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and work independently across a dispersed geographical area.
• Full UK driving licence.
