Job summary

Fortus Recruitment is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support planned maintenance projects in the Brighton & Hastings area, focusing on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.

You will coordinate appointments, conduct property condition surveys, and handle resident concerns while collaborating with site teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within planned maintenance or similar projects.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with residents and contractors.
• Strong IT skills to manage scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Customer-focused and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £32K + package

We are currently working with a well-established client who is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned maintenance team on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in the Brighton & Hastings area.

• Appointment Booking: Coordinate and schedule appointments to visit occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Condition Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess property conditions prior to and post-work.
• Resident Support: Handle resident complaints and concerns, providing a high level of customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the site team and contractors to ensure that works are carried out to the highest standard and within specified timelines.
