Job summary

Velocity Recruitment is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a long-term Stevenage Council contract. Based in Stevenage, you will act as the key link between residents, site teams and the client, ensuring clear information flow throughout the works programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as RLO or customer liaison in housing projects.
• Social housing or planned maintenance experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident handling of resident queries and complaints.
• Organised, proactive and professional.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team, supporting the delivery of works on a long-term Stevenage Council contract.

Scope of Works

• Window & door replacements
• Pitched roof works
• Planned maintenance & refurbishment

The Role

You will act as the key link between residents, site teams and the client, ensuring residents are kept informed throughout the works programme. You'll manage resident queries, arrange access and help minimise disruption.

About You

• Previous RLO / Customer Liaison experience
• Social housing or planned maintenance experience desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Organised, proactive and professional
