As an experienced Resident Liaison Officer, you will be a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days. This role primarily covers our work in South London, with potential travel across Kent, Surrey, and West Sussex.

You will ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate updates or changes accordingly. Additionally, you will coordinate the handover of keys to site teams and provide high standards of customer aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily and managing expectations between residents, the client, and our operations teams.

This role requires travel; you must have your own vehicle and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

With the confidence to manage sometimes difficult situations, you will be an excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have experience working for a contractor or in a client-side resident liaison or community engagement role, preferably within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.

You should be resilient under pressure and understand the importance of discretion and respect in a public-facing role.
