Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a confident Resident Liaison Officer to join a long-term social housing project across the North West. You will be the main contact for residents, coordinating with site teams and the client to ensure a smooth customer journey throughout the works.

The role requires at least two years' experience in resident liaison or similar, strong communication, and the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (or similar role).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident dealing with residents in live environments.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage sensitive situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between residents, the Scheme Manager, and the client.
• Build relationships with residents and address concerns professionally.
• Monitor, manage, and resolve resident complaints effectively.
• Work closely with the Site Project Manager to maintain clear communication on site.
• Coordinate social value and community engagement events.
• Collate and analyse customer satisfaction surveys.
• Support conflict resolution and ensure minimal disruption to residents.

Location: North West, with regular travel across the region

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Start Date: November 2026

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

About the Role

We are working with a well-established property maintenance company who is seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join their team on a long-term project across the North West.
