Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer in Leeds to support planned refurbishment works and act as the primary link between residents, site teams and clients.

The role requires experience in resident engagement, strong communication, and a empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable residents, with a full UK driving licence and a company vehicle provision.

Qualifications

• Previous RLO, TLO or resident engagement experience.
• Background in social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment.
• Experience supporting planned works programmes.
• Strong communication and complaint-handling skills.
• Empathetic approach when dealing with vulnerable residents.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Resident Liaison Officer

MMP Consultancy are recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer on behalf of a leading maintenance and refurbishment contractor in Leeds. This role will support planned refurbishment works, acting as the key link between residents, site teams and clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works programmes.

Ideal Candidate:
