Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is hiring a Resident Liaison Officer to support a planned maintenance contract in social housing in Cambridge. Qualifications

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in social housing projects.
• Excellent communication with residents, neighbours and local stakeholders.
• Strong customer service focus with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned maintenance projects and liaise with residents about works.
• Conduct pre-entry visits and inductions for tenants.
• Collect tenancy information and inform tenants of completion dates.
• Be the main point of contact for resident queries and issues.
• Engage with neighbourhood housing associations and other partners.
• Attend tenant forums to update residents on works progress.
