Job summary

Build Recruitment are seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to be the main contact for residents during social housing retrofit and planned works across Dorset, Wiltshire and Berkshire. The role requires coordinating access, informing residents of programmes and handling queries while supporting vulnerable residents and liaising with site teams.

Experience in resident liaison within social housing and a full UK driving licence are essential, with a willingness to travel across the three

Qualifications

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or retrofit.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with residents before and during works.
• Arranging access to properties.
• Keeping residents informed of programmes and any changes.
• Dealing with resident queries, concerns and complaints.
• Supporting vulnerable residents where required.
• Working closely with site and project teams.
• Maintaining accurate records of resident communication.
• Helping to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
