Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to support a Social Housing planned works programme. Based across High Wycombe, Rickmansworth and Chelmsford, the role is full‑time on site and initially temporary with a view to permanent.

You will build strong relations with residents, provide information during refurbishment and major works, and resolve queries promptly. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required as you will visit tenants in their homes and

• Full clean driving licence with own vehicle.
• Experience with planned maintenance or social housing projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel between sites and meet residents.

• Visiting properties that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
• Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out

Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned Works

Based in High Wycombe, Rickmansworth and Chelmsford

Full time, temp to perm

£22 per hour plus van + fuel card

We are working with a leading main contractor to find a successful and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering a planned maintenance contract within Social Housing based in High Wycombe, Rickmansworth and Chelmsford. This role is an ongoing temporary position for 6 months minimum.

It will be your responsibility to develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently. This scheme is working closely with a public sector client so previous experience working for a main contractor on similar projects is ideal.
