Job summary

United Infrastructure in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to be the visible point of contact for residents, coordinating communications through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.

You will ensure residents understand works processes, communicate updates, and manage expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams, while coordinating handover of keys to site teams and delivering high-quality aftercare.

Qualifications

• Must have UK driving licence and own car.
• Experience as Resident Liaison Officer or similar in maintenance or asset management.
• Public-facing role requiring discretion and respect.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible point of contact for residents through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.
• Ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates accordingly.
• Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide high-quality aftercare.
