Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Resident Involvement Officer to lead at a regional level in North London, promoting the Resident Involvement strategy and supporting residents to engage with our RI offer.

You will evidence, co-ordinate, facilitate and deliver RI activities for the region and nationally, acting as a consultant to teams on RI delivery, including training and motivating staff.

Job description

Salary: £37,165 to £43,344 per annum. Location: London, Corsica Street or London, Wrights Road. Hours: 36 per week. Contract Type: Permanent.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Resident Involvement Officer to join our team in North London. You’ll lead at a regional level on the promotion of the Resident Involvement strategy and support residents to engage in Clarions involvement ‘offer’ and supporting menu of opportunities. You’ll be required to evidence, co-ordinate, facilitate and deliver exceptional RI activities for the region and nationally including support of resident-led scrutiny of services. You’ll act as a consultant to teams in how RI is delivered at a local level to include training and motivating teams where necessary. Reporting on engagement, resident feedback and outcomes in line with regulation.

We’re seeking someone who is confident, highly motivated, has a positive mindset and can take the lead on engagement and joint working with regional and other customer-focussed teams to enable engagement of residents. Ensuring the residents' voice is at the heart of our decision-making.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of our London offices. Candidates will have the ability to work flexibly between the office and home in line with business needs. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
