Aufgaben

• Oversee the maintenance scheduling diary.
• Manage appointments and make changes to schedules where required.
• Ensure urgent and emergency repairs are prioritised and completed within agreed service levels.
• Act as first point of contact for scheduling enquiries.
• Liaise with residents, operatives and contractors to resolve issues quickly.
• Work with Property Administration and Customer Services so repairs are diagnosed correctly and scheduled to service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and keep residents informed.
• Support a right first time approach and improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
