Job summary

Student Roost is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for John Bell House in Belfast. This full‑time, fixed term role runs 37.5 hours per week across 5 days in a 8am–8pm window, until July 2027.

You will lead a frontline team, coordinate maintenance and contractor activity, and help ensure our residents have a safe, welcoming home. You’ll work closely with the wider property team to drive service excellence, manage safety and compliance, and support resident satisfaction through hands‑on
