Job summary

Retirement Villages Group (RVG) invites applications for a Resident Liaison Co-ordinator at Avonpark Retirement Village, Winsley, Bath, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will act as the primary link between residents, contractors and village management to keep residents informed and supported during development.

• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for residents on development activity.
• Keep residents informed via updates, meetings, newsletters.
• Build trusted relationships and listen to residents.
• Coordinate responses to concerns with relevant teams.
• Support resident forums and community engagement activities.
• Attend project meetings and represent resident perspective.
• Monitor impact of works on village environment.
• Maintain accurate records of concerns and actions.
