Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for residents regarding development activity.
• Provide regular updates through meetings, newsletters and communications.
• Build trusted relationships and ensure residents feel listened to and supported.
• Coordinate responses to resident queries with relevant teams and follow through to resolution.
• Attend project meetings and advocate for residents’ perspectives.
