SPACE St Andrews is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to create a vibrant, welcoming community for students. You will lead resident events, manage front-of-house operations, and collaborate with local partners to deliver memorable experiences throughout the academic year.

You will engage residents, coordinate day-to-day operations, support wellbeing, and help maintain SPACE’s reputation as a home students are proud to call home.

Qualifications

• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality or events.
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong communication with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and deliver an engaging calendar of resident events.
• Build relationships with residents and help new arrivals settle in.
• Coordinate budgets, suppliers, promotion, attendance and feedback.
• Provide warm, professional reception and customer service.
• Manage parcels, deliveries and resident administration.
• Support rent accounts and liaise with operations to maintain high standards.
