Job summary

Quintain Limited, a leading property developer, is seeking a Resident Associate for Quintain Living in north-west London. You will be the front desk with resident-facing service, handling enquiries, move-in/out support and promoting ancillary services to enhance resident experience.

The role requires outstanding communication, problem-solving and a customer-focused approach, plus IT literacy with CRM and Excel to manage records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within Build to Rent, residential property, hospitality, retail, student accommodation or another service-led environment.
• Strong communication, resident engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Confident working front of house, managing resident enquiries and providing a professional first point of contact.
• IT literate, with experience using CRM/property management systems, Microsoft Office and Excel desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary front desk and resident-facing contact, providing a warm, professional and helpful service to residents, visitors and third parties.
• Record, progress and communicate resident enquiries, cases and feedback clearly, escalating more complex or sensitive matters as required.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, apartment inspections, void checks and resident journey administration.
• Promote ancillary revenue opportunities such as storage and lounge hires to enhance resident experience.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management, Leasing, defects and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
