Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Resident Experience Manager for a large-scale Manchester development. This on-site role blends resident engagement, events, digital marketing and operations, giving ownership of the resident experience across the community.

You will collaborate with leasing, front-of-house and operations, driving activities that enhance how residents enjoy their homes and surroundings. The role sits within a growing, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering both small and large-scale events.
• Confidence managing organic social media channels and content calendars.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners.
• Experience handling customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Good visual and creative awareness when producing content.
• Ability to take ownership of initiatives from planning through to delivery.
• Experience conducting property viewings, supporting the leasing journey, managing deposits or handling first-stage complaints would be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social or website analytics would also be beneficial rather than essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver resident events and community initiatives within an agreed annual budget.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting schedules and community engagement.
• Create content that showcases the development, lifestyle and resident experience.
• Act as on-site marketing lead and support brand representation across digital, social and physical channels.
• Manage resident communications, queries, maintenance requests and complaints professionally.
• Lead resident surveys, review feedback and implement improvements with the GM.
• Support front-of-house to provide a welcoming experience for residents, visitors and prospective residents.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, inspections and deposit processes as required.
• Work with Leasing Manager to review enquiries, conversions and prospect feedback.
• Support in-person and virtual property viewings when required.
• Develop partnerships and manage relationships with third parties.
• Produce monthly reporting on events, community performance and resident engagement.
