Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential property management or Build to Rent.
• Experience leading or supporting teams in an operational environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with budgets and financial reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house Resident Services Associates and manage KPI-driven performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and implementation of operating processes.
• Contribute to occupancy, lease-up and resident retention strategies.
• Oversee resident communications and ensure timely handling of requests and complaints.
• Support compliance, health & safety and contractor management.
• Monitor expenditures and contribute to financial reporting.
