Job summary

The Resident is seeking a hands-on Resident Experience Manager for an on-site role at a large-scale development. You will own resident experiences across events, digital content and customer interactions to enhance living environments.

Responsibilities include planning events, managing social channels, creating compelling content and supporting leasing and operations. Flexibility for occasional weekend work and after-hours coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering both small and large-scale events.
• Confidence managing organic social media channels and content calendars.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues and partners.
• Experience producing content with good visual/creative awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver resident events and community initiatives within budget.
• Manage social media channels and engagement.
• Create content to showcase the development and resident experience.
• Lead on-site marketing and ensure consistent brand representation across channels.
• Handle resident queries, maintenance requests and complaints professionally.
• Support move-ins/outs, viewings and deposits as required.
• Develop partnerships with third parties and produce monthly reports.
