Job summary

Centrick is seeking a passionate Resident Experience Manager to lead one Build to Rent community in Birmingham. You’ll drive leasing performance, manage on-site teams and deliver an exceptional resident experience in a vibrant, welcoming place to call home.

Working with the Build to Rent Portfolio Manager, you’ll oversee operations, budgets and contractor relationships while maintaining high service standards and ensuring financial objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential property and Build to Rent communities.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Track record of driving occupancy, leasing and financial performance.
• Excellent communication with residents, partners and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience and welcoming community.
• Oversee resident journey from enquiry to move-in and renewals.
• Lead resident engagement programmes and community events.
• Manage day-to-day operations, service standards and compliance.
• Drive leasing activity, budgets and supplier relationships.
