Centrick is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety and performance across residential and commercial developments in its Build to Rent and asset management portfolios. The role requires site visits and close collaboration with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and site teams to maintain high standards within budgets.

You will lead maintenance planning, manage contractors, ensure compliance, and drive value for money, while monitoring KPIs and coordinating across

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance processes and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, procurement and tendering processes.

Responsabilités

• Carry out site inspections and ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard.
• Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure work is safe, efficient and up to standard.
• Lead tendering and procurement processes, negotiating contracts for value for money.
• Ensure statutory compliance, records and timely remedial actions.
• Support long-term maintenance planning and capital projects.
• Monitor budgets and costs against client budgets.
• Track service levels and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple sites with internal teams and clients.
