Job summary

Fresh are seeking a Resident Advisor at Central Studios, Reading to help deliver an outstanding living environment for residents. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with duties including welcoming residents, handling payments, and supporting on-site operations to maintain a safe and engaging building community.

Qualifications

• Approachable and people-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to listen to residents and balance multiple daily tasks with strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable handling duties at reception, resident payments and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents at reception and provide outstanding customer service via email and phone.
• Organise social events and manage communications to create a welcoming community.
• Assist the wider team with administration and processing rental payments to ensure smooth building operations.
