Job summary

Rullion Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support energy efficiency installations. You will engage residents, coordinate site activities, and liaise with contractors, Housing Associations and project teams to ensure a smooth, accessible resident journey.

The role focuses on clear communication, supporting those with disabilities, and maintaining strong relationships across multiple sites. Hybrid working is available with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in resident liaison, customer service or community engagement.
• Experience working with vulnerable customers and accessibility needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for residents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate resident visits and engagement activities across sites.
• Communicate planned works, access needs, timescales and changes to residents.
• Identify and support vulnerable residents, including those with disabilities.
• Escalate concerns and manage stakeholder communications with sensitivity.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and outcomes.
• Provide updates and reporting to project and senior stakeholders.
