Job summary

3 Sixty Resourcing seeks a Resident Engagement Officer for Warrington to coordinate on-site community relations, acting as the main contact for residents and stakeholders. You will ensure clear information flow, address concerns, and support the project team throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage inquiries, coordinate meetings, and monitor resident satisfaction while working with site management to implement mitigation measures and uphold Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident liaison or community engagement.
• Construction experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel to sites (Manchester) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for residents and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress, schedules, and disruptions.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate community meetings, briefings, site visits.
• Maintain records of communications and actions.
• Liaise with site management to address concerns and mitigate issues.
• Provide input on community engagement strategies.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and community impact.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
