Qualifications

• Experience in a contractor or client-side resident liaison/community engagement role.
• Ability to manage difficult situations and maintain discretion.
• Understanding of planned/reactive maintenance or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible point of contact for residents.
• Communicate updates and changes regarding the work processes.
• Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide aftercare.
