HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and implement engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support the Home Manager with fundraising events and foster a caring, kind environment where Residents can socialise and enjoy new activities.

Your role requires energy, kindness, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues while upholding safeguarding practices and using digital care planning tools.

Formación

• Background working with vulnerable individuals.
• Brilliant, positive energy and ability to get along with people.
• Strong planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Safeguarding training and awareness.
• Ability to recognise safeguarding concerns and report them.
